These tests are applied on the skin with results available after 10-15 minutes. Testing is often available on the first visit if the patient has not recently had antihistamines.

This entails 3 short visits once the physician has recommended this diagnostic test. Patches are placed on the back at the first visit by our staff and then removed by our staff at 48 hours, The physician reviews the results at 72 hours.
Blood tests are occasionally ordered by the physician to further aid in diagnosis and can be obtained at the time of the visit.
